Centos yum issue with Fujitsu Primergy RX220

Recently I've hit a head do-er on Centos with my Fujitsu RX220. For some reason it constantly wants to remove and reinstall the ft3xx driver and kmod as shown below. At first I thought it was because a mysterious RHEL 5.6 repo had appeared from Fujitsu, hovever removing that didn't fix the issue. The only way around it that I found was to create an /etc/yum.repos.d.disabled directory and move the repos into there temporarily. Its definitely the Fujitsu Repo's causing it, as stock Centos on VMWare is not behaving the same way.
